Sales Associate
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for developing business strategies to increase customer traffic, optimizing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities will include greeting customers and discussing vehicle services needed. We encourage 1-2 years of sales experience, and an automotive technical background is preferred.
As a Sales Associate, you are a pivotal member of the team and engage with customers daily.
Responsibilities:
- Develop business strategies to increase our customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Daily responsibilities include greeting customers, discussing services needed, selling work
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Automotive Technical Background Preferred
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges
- High School Diploma (Degree or Certificate in Automotive Technologies Strongly Preferred)
