We are delighted to announce a significant expansion of our Left Lane family with the addition of nine new locations. For over seven decades, Clark Warehouse Tire & Auto have been serving the communities of Missouri, and we are enthusiastic about carrying forward their storied legacy.
Clark Tire was founded in 1949 when Jack Clark acquired a Mobile Gas Service Station, later diversifying into the retread business, manufacturing and distributing over 500 tires per day to wholesale customers and the Western Auto Chain’s affiliated outlets. As Jack’s health declined, his eldest son, Bill Clark, assumed leadership, further expanding the wholesale operations, and opening more retail stores. In 2014, the decision was made to sell the wholesale business, refocusing on the retail market.
